The photo will be visible to the Congress security at entrances to the Sopot Sheraton Conference Center.

* I have read, understand and accept the provisions of the Regulations of the 16th European Financial Congress 2026.

* I consent to the processing by the data controller of the "Centrum Myśli Strategicznych" based in Sopot, ul. Powstańców Warszawy 19, e-mail: kontakt@fundacjacms.pl, my personal data provided in the application form in order to participate in the 16th European Financial Congress 2026. Consent is obligatory, so failure to do so will make it impossible to participate in the Congress. I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time, which will be tantamount to resignation from participation in the Congress, but the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. For statistical purposes or related to the organization of the Congress, my personal data may be transferred to the Partners of the Congress. Detailed information on data processing can be found in Annex 1 to the Regulations of the 16th European Financial Congress 2026.

Cancellation of participation in the Congress is possible only by written statement sent by mail kontakt@fundacjacms.pl, before May 8, 2026.

We would like to inform you that:

- until May 8, 2026 the Congress Organizer guarantees a refund of the fee paid for participation in the Congress.

- after May 8, 2026 Congress Organizer does not reimburse any fees for participation in the Congress.
